Refresher training in the use of portable XRFs is designed to cover the basic instrument use on any Bruker or Olympus models.
Refresher training delivery is offered by PSS in two ways. Choose delivery from a live video call via zoom, or in-person at Portable Spectral Services office at Level 1, 9 Colin Street, West Perth WA 6005.
Why Enrol in Refresher Training?
Refresher training in the use of portable XRfs is a suitable course for individuals who have obtained a user licence in the past and are wanting to refamiliarize themselves with a portable XRF. This course aims to bring confidence back to users who have not used a portable XRF in some time, or are unfamiliar with a particular model that is offered for sale or hire by Portable Spectral Services.

This course does not cover radiation safety. This is because the course is designed for those who have already met the requirements of radiation safety training. If you have not yet obtained a user licence, please enrol in radiation safety and use of portable XRF course. As Australian guidelines state, all users of a portable XRF must have a user licence prior to hiring with PSS.
